Union, PA - February 12, 2004 - Bonney Forge Corporation completed the acquisition of RP&C, a forged steel valve manufacturer located in Conway, South Carolina on February 12, 2004. The company will retain the name of RP&C - as a division of Bonney Forge Corporation.
