Extended Body Forge Gate Valve

 

Bonney Forge extended body gate valves are available in two bonnet designs. The first design is the Bolted Bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite. Ring joint gasket are also available on request. The second design is the welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint. On request a full penetration strength welded joint is available. Available in class 800 extended body forge gae valve and class 1500 extended body forge gate valve.

4 Standard gasket design for bolted-bonnet valves is spiral wound type up to class ASME 1500. Ring Joint gaskets are standard for ASME 2500 and above. SPW/RJ are available on request for all pressure classes as option.
